The Wannabe Party - Private event
Ahoy!
When coming closer to what some refer to as “middle age”, some people start thinking “what should I do with my life? What would I really like to be?”. None of us is anywhere close to middle age, here, of course, but eh, isn’t that a very good question to answer?
So let us give it a try and see how it looks like!
Have you ever dreamed of being a fighter pilot, a slice of pizza, or maybe just a little sentient cactus with trust issues? Or do you want to become a rock star, to live the life of a mussel on the bottom of the sea, or maybe simply to experience how it is to be a shovel? Maybe you sometime dream that you would have been the cave (wo)man that discovered the wheel, the incredible Rosa Parks or why not Spiderman? And all of you guys who are thinking a little bit too much about the Roman Empire -I know you’re there-, don’t you dream of being César, or Astérix for one night?
Now’s your chance to become your wildest fantasy—or your weirdest impulse. Your imagination and (wishful thinking) are your only limit, just shoot!
🗓 Date: 11 October 2025
🕖 Time: From 19.30 onwards
📍 Location: “Infused Liquid”, Lindetorpsvägen 25, Årsta – Near the Tvärbana station “Linde” and not very far from subway (T-bana) “Globen”.
👗 Dress Code: Anything goes—as long as it connects to the question: “Who or what do you want to be?”
🎉 Expect laughter, drinks, snacks - OBS, we won’t be serving any proper dinner, so don’t come hungry - and some highly questionable dance moves.
🎁 Physical gifts are not longed-for. Your presence is all I wish for. Just bring your best self—or your weirdest self!
Now, if you want to make me extra happy for some unclear reason, I suggest two options:
- giving me more of your time, through some future common adventures
or/and
- donate to people that need it more than me. You could for example put some money in my fundraiser for UNRWA, since the Swedish government will stubbornly continue not to do so. See the Swish-QR code here, or contact me for details.
👶🏼And needless to say, but children (under the age of 18) should stay at home: These poor little things don’t need to see their parents dressed as a yoga instructor or the human version of Monday morning.
